Terms and conditions

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the use of the online store at shop.diplomats.fish (hereinafter – the “Online Store”) and form an integral part of the Distance Contract (hereinafter – the “Contract”) concluded between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller is:

1.2. The Online Store is operated by the Seller, who provides product sales and related services to the Buyer.
1.3. The Buyer is any natural person who places an order through the Online Store.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms.
1.5. Orders can be placed by both registered users and guests.

2. Registration
Buyers may place orders by registering or by checking out as a guest.
To register, add products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions. The Contract is concluded when payment is received.

3. Subject of the Contract
3.1. The Contract regulates the use of the Online Store platform for ordering food products.
3.2. The parties to the Contract are the Seller (UNDA Ltd.) and the Buyer – a natural person ordering through the Online Store and/or receiving commercial notifications via the Online Store or other communication channels. Only legally capable adults may place orders.
3.3. The Contract is concluded at the moment the Buyer places an order and makes payment.
3.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms.
3.5. The Seller reserves the right to restrict access to services or cancel a user account without notice if there is reason to believe the Buyer is violating the Terms or attempting to harm the Online Store, the Seller, or third parties.
3.6. All prices shown include 21% VAT. Delivery charges are not included.
3.7. The Seller may update these Terms. Any changes come into effect once published on the Online Store. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3.8. Once the order is confirmed and paid, no additional products can be added. To purchase more, a new order must be placed or coordinated via phone: +371 63181117.
3.9. The Seller uses industry-standard technologies to protect personal data but recommends the Buyer also ensures their device and network security.

5. Product Prices and Payment
5.1. Prices are shown in EUR including VAT. Prices valid at the time of order apply.
5.2. If a product is unavailable, a refund is issued within 5 business days or an alternative product is offered.

6. Payment Methods
6.1. Bank Transfer: Payment is made based on the invoice received by email.
6.2. In-store Payment: For pickup orders, payment can be made on-site using cash or card.

7. Delivery Terms
7.1. Delivery is performed during the courier’s business hours.
7.2. Orders placed and paid by 15:00 (EET) are typically delivered the next working day or on the selected date. In case of unforeseen delays beyond Seller’s control, the Seller will contact the Buyer to arrange a new delivery time.
7.3. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received.
7.4. Delivery costs vary depending on order size and delivery location. See more under the “Delivery and Payment” section.

8. In-Store Pickup
8.1. Orders marked for pickup will be prepared and delivered to one of the following store locations:

8.2. Pickup is available within 5 business days.
8.3. Payment must be made online during checkout. On-site payment for online orders is not available.
8.4. In-store purchases can be paid for using cash or card.

9. Product Quality and Shelf Life
9.1. Each product has a designated shelf life listed in its description.
9.2. Recommended storage temperature: +0°C to +25°C.
9.3. Actual product appearance may differ from images due to screen or packaging variations.
9.4. The Seller is a certified food enterprise meeting regulatory quality standards.

10. Right of Withdrawal and Complaint Procedure
10.1. According to Latvian Cabinet Regulation No. 255 (20.05.2014), withdrawal rights do not apply to:
Perishable products or those with a short shelf life;
Opened products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
10.2. Upon receiving an order, the Buyer must immediately check for accuracy and any visible defects.
10.3. If a product is non-compliant, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately by phone or email. The Seller will either replace the item or refund the amount paid.
10.4. If disputes arise and cannot be resolved directly, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC):
