This Privacy Policy is intended to inform buyers (hereinafter – the Buyers) about the processing of their personal data.
Legal Basis
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter – the GDPR), personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The Seller follows the principles of fairness, transparency, data minimization, and security in all data processing activities.

The Seller processes only the personal data necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Buyer Responsibilities
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. By using the Seller’s website and services, the Buyer confirms that they understand and agree with the Privacy Policy and any future updates.
Mandatory Data Provided When Ordering
When placing an order (concluding a distance contract), the Buyer provides the following mandatory information:
full name;
phone number;
e-mail address;
delivery address.
Data Collected During Payment
By making a payment, the Buyer agrees to the processing of:
bank account number;
bank name.
Note: The Seller does not receive or process your bank card information.
Purpose of Data Processing
The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data for the following purposes:
preparation and fulfillment of the distance contract;
customer identification;
development of new services;
providing offers and promotions to Buyers;
market research and statistics;
invoicing;
order fulfillment and delivery;
operation and improvement of the Seller’s website.
Personal data is stored for 5 years after the order date or as long as necessary for the purposes described, including legal obligations and dispute resolution.
Disclosure to Third Parties
The Seller may disclose data to third parties who assist with order fulfillment and customer support, including:
IT service providers and database administrators;

delivery services.

to access information about the purposes, categories, recipients, retention period, and rights related to data processing;
to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
to request deletion of their personal data;
to object to processing, especially for marketing or profiling;
to request restriction of processing;
to receive personal data in a structured format and transfer it to another service provider (data portability);
to withdraw consent at any time;
to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Please note that deletion of personal data may result in:
inability to identify the Buyer for customer service;
inability to locate or process the Buyer’s order;
inability to retrieve lost order data;
and other risks related to service functionality.
