Created to honour our predecessors and the traditions established in 1907, the Diplomats Historical Heritage collection embodies over a century of craftsmanship, expertise, and respect for the craft.

How is it made?

Only the finest cold-season sprats are carefully selected.
They are gently smoked to a golden finish using natural hardwood chips.
Heads and tails are removed, and each fish is meticulously hand-arranged in the can.
The contents are covered with high-quality unrefined sunflower oil and olive oil.
A pinch of sea salt completes the composition.

The set includes three refined variations, including versions with bay leaf and lemon slice, adding subtle and elegant flavour nuances.
