How can I check my order status?
Orders typically reach you within 1–3 business days after payment and processing.
However, if you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
What delivery options are available?

We will deliver your order in cooperation with DPD, Omniva, or Express Pasts. Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days. During sale periods, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make immediate address changes once an order has been placed. However, you may be able to arrange an address change directly with the courier who will contact you on the day of delivery.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we immediately begin processing it to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify the order after it has been placed.

How can I pay for my purchase in the Diplomats online store?

You can pay for your purchases using a Mastercard or Visa payment card, as well as through the ApplePay e-wallet. In addition to card payments, you can also use popular payment initiation services from major banks in the Baltics – Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, and others.

Where are Diplomats canned fish products made?

Nearly all Diplomats canned fish products in our assortment are produced at the SIA Unda facility in Engure, Latvia. Some selected products are manufactured by our trusted partners at other facilities — please refer to the specific product descriptions for details.

Are canned fish products healthy?

Canned fish is a healthy choice, as it is rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins (especially B12 and D), and minerals such as selenium and iodine.
We do not use genetically modified ingredients in our products, and our canned fish contains no added preservatives or harmful substances.
The Diplomats Gourmet series features only the highest quality ingredients, making it a perfect and healthy addition to salads or other dishes.

How long can canned fish be stored?

Canned fish can typically be stored for around 4 years, as it is hermetically sealed and thermally processed (sterilized).
The sterilization process destroys bacteria, yeast, and mold, and also neutralizes enzymes that could spoil the product.
Please refer to the product packaging for the exact expiration date.

Is it possible to purchase Diplomats products in person as well?

The full range of Diplomats products can be explored and purchased at our concept stores located at 14 Tērbatas Street in Riga and 2 Labiešu Street in Engure.
More stores will gradually open in other locations around the world.
Selected products are already available in shopping centers and stores across at least 20 countries worldwide.
